Tekla Structural Designer How to Create a Mezzanine Floor Over an RCC Building

Tekla Structural Designer is advanced software used for Structural Analysis and Design of a Building. In Tekla, we can do the detailing of steel structures as well as RCC structures we can create RCC buildings and we can insert the rebars in Tekla structures Designer software.  We can also do the form works and structural drawing without the help of any other software. we have a building model of G+3 and want to kame mezzanine floor for party, dinner or any other purpose. So how to create a mezzanine floor with the help of a truss in TSD. Let’s follow the steps to Inserting Nodes Modelling a building using the same process of STAAD.     Step 1 First, go to the model and check the construction level and open the st. 4 levels and we will assign our steel column, the base will select st. 4 and top-level will select st. 5 please know that we can change the steel grade and section while we are using after doing that just assign the columns and let’s check it out in 3D view. Tekla Structural Designer Difference between Left to Right and Right to Left Selection

Let’s follow the steps to know the Difference between Left to Right and Right to Left Selection.         Step 1 If we observe carefully if you select from left to right a blue window appears and if you select from right to left a green window appears so what is the difference between these two windows let’s check out. Fig.1 Step 2 Let’s take these columns as in fig. 3 if we will do right to left selection all the columns will be selected if we will do the same selection process but now we will do left to right then none of the columns will be selected. Fig.2 Step 3 If we will go to the left to right selection but now we

Tekla Structural Designer Smart use of Frames to copy Beams or any Structural Element

Let’s follow the steps to use of Frames to copy Beams or any Structural Element.         Step 1 First open our model then go to a base level that is the plinth level let’s insert a beam here for that go to the model tab and select the beam, after inserting the beam then go back to the Structure 3D view and observe that beam. Fig.1 Step 2 So if we want to copy that beam to the next level, what we will do. So we will use Frame command basically this will do when if we have a large structure. So we will use the Frame and we will go for the particular grid along which we can place the frame and click scape. Fig.2 Step 3 Af

How to Create Column Heads or Column Drops Columns in Flat Slab

Let’s follow the steps to Create Column Heads or Column Drops.         Step 1 First of all we will open our model and go to the level in which we want to provide column drop or column head. Fig.1 Step 2 After going to the particular level then go to model tab then go to slab section and select the Columndrop. Fig.2 Step 3 Now give its properties like Depth, Plan Breadth, and Plan Depth and we will just click on any point and now column drop had been created. Fig.3 So like this you can create Column Heads or Column Drops in TSD. .For more details, watch this:  Tekla Structural Designer || How to Create Column Heads or Col

Tekla Structural Designer- How to Read Beam Schedule Properly Beam-Column Layout

Let’s follow the steps to know how to read beam schedule properly-- Beam Column Layout.               Step 1 First of all we have to open our model which is fully analysed and designed in TSD, We will go to a particular level and will study the beam Schedule. For that let as choose a particular level and generate a Drawing of Beam schedule for that go to Draw tab then go to Beam Schedule then click on Ok after that it will automatically be generated as an Autocad file. Fig.1 Step 1 First of all we have to open our model which is fully analysed and designed in TSD, We will go to a particular level and will study the bea
