Tekla structural designer (TSD) is a simple, integrated design & analysis software that gives engineers the power to analyze and design buildings efficiently and profitably, fully automated and packed with many unique features for optimized concrete and steel design. Follow the below steps to import load combinations to TSD: Step 1 Open the MS excel file, Before importing the load combinations, you need to know the load combinations prescribed by the design code. And we have the load combinations as per IS 875 – 5 (Indian code for practice of design loads). And we have 3 types of loads like dead load(D), live load(L), seismic loads(E) (+x direction, -x direction, +y direction, - y direction), so now we have 6 different loads and 9 load combinations as shown in the fig 1.
