AAC BLOCKS: PROS AND CONS

AAC stands for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete is a light weight concrete material used for manufacturing of building blocks.  Let’s know more about ACC block : AAC Blocks are called Autoclaved Aerated Concrete. Autoclaved implies that these blocks are burnt in a furnace. Aerated implies that there are voids present in the AAC blocks and are completely made of Concrete. SIZES:   As per IS-2185 Part-III, clause3.2 AAC blocks come in lengths of 400mm, 500mm or 600mm. AAC blocks come in height exactly half of the length i.e., of 200mm, 250mm or 300mm. AAC blocks come in width of 100mm,150mm,200mm or 250mm   During the Islamic period, all methods of tile decoration were brought to perfection in Persia. ADVANTAGES   1. Porous in nature 2.    Require less quantity of mortar because the surfaces are smooth and            levelled.                      3. Curing required is also very less. It requires only sprinkles of water. 4. It can be cut easily with the help of a drill or an ordinary

PLUMB BOB:USAGE IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

A plumb bob is a weight that is used to find the center of gravity in order to provide builders with a true vertical line: the plumb line.   Let’s see more facts about plumb bob. Plumb bobs are frequently used in construction when you need to find a                       vertical line. Formwork, plastering work, beam work or casting of columns can be used to check whether the vertical level of structure is straight or not. It consists of weight (the plumb) hanging at the end of a strong string of 3-4ft in length. It consists of a weight which is attached to one end of the string. The other end of the string is attached to a holder, which is used to hold it at a particular head. The main and most important component of the plumb bob is the string which is strong and 3-4ft of length. It can be used to move certain measures from one point to another. The main purpose of plumb bob is to avoid improper lines and maintain straight lines while construction.   For more details, watch this:

Estimation || How to make Bar Shape in Excel Sheets

The Estimate is the Probable quantity and cost of a work and is determined theoretically by mathematical calculation based on the drawing and current rates and  a stair is a set of steps provided in a building for movement from one floor to another. So let’s go step by step to learn how to make bar shapes in Excel sheets. Step 1 First of all we will need an Excel Sheet & then we will go to the insert option.  Step 2 Next we’ll have to select the shapes & there whatever shapes you are wanting for,  you can select that from there like if you are making a stirrup so you will have to choose a rectangle After that we will make rectangle on the excel sheet and After that we can change the colours also by selecting the white abc portion and the you can change the colour also by selecting shape outline & you can change the line weight also by choosing weight option.        Step 3 After that you can select the line from the shapes & you can make the desired shapes. And you can
