Tekla Structural Designer is advanced software used for Structural Analysis and Design of a Building In Tekla, we can do the detailing of steel structures as well as RCC structures we can create RCC buildings and we can insert the rebars in Tekla structures Designer software. We can also do the form works and structural drawing without the help of any other software.

In TSD we can open two vertical Tabs in TSD, Work in 2 views at the same time

Let’s follow the steps to know how to do interactive design in TSD.

Step 1

First of all, let’s open a simple model and we want to work along with the plinth level view as well as the 3D view, as plinth level I named it as a Base and the 3D view as a Structure 3D.

Step 2

Now we have two tabs open and now we will just right-click on any tab and select on new Vertical Tab group. Now we have two open tabs here at the same time.

Step 3

We can also turn on any type of load and it will also show in the other views as well.

So Let’s give it a try, we will go to the model option and select our steel deck and apply here and after that, we can see the changes in the other view also and loading also visible here.

So like this, you can open two vertical Tabs in TSD, Work in 2 views at the same time.
