And more closely if we look Civil Engineering field is usually dominated by men, as most of the people says Civil Engineering work is not for women as it’s works are challenges in tehe construction site or required to work over time.However it has found that the present era besides this, our society has proven women can do work in vast field. The construction of the Brooklyn bridge was accomplished by the first woman engineer ‘Emily Warren Roebling’. ‘Shakuntala A.Bhagat’, was the first Indian women civil Engineer who has worked in many field work and has shown it, women are no less than men in any work.
