3D Render and Animations in Tekla Structures

In this blog, we are going to discuss how we can take out 3D render and animations in Tekla structures.

So let's start the step by step procedure.

Step 1: First of all you will have to install Visualizer tools in Tekla Structure. You can get these apps from the website of trimble.

Step 2: After your installation is complete you will have to restart your Tekla so that it can work smoothly.

Step 3: Go to the application and component section and search visualize.

Step 4: You will find 3 options over there viz. Visualize all, Visualize selected, and Visualize material type mapping.

Step 5: Visualize all will take out the render of the whole model. Visualize selected will take out the render of only the selected members of your model. Visualize material type mapping will show you only the materials that you select. Like if you have opted for the steel, then it will show only those components that are made up of steel. Now let’s select Visualize all.

Step 6: To do so you will have to double click on that application.

Step 7: Now software will ask you what are the things that you want to duplicate in your 3D render view. You have to simply click OK for all of them so that you can render every material of your model.

Step 8: Trimble Connect Visualizer will open up now.

Step 9: You can zoom in or zoom out of your model using the scroll button of your mouse.

Step 10: To move or rotate your model you can press the scroll button of your mouse and move your mouse according to your wish.

Step 11. There are two backgrounds in Trimble Connect Visualize. You can choose the background of your model by just clicking the weather icon on the top left corner.

Step 12: You can also set the direction of the sun in Trimble Connect Visualize, which will improve the aesthetic view of your model.
